1.Placement of Order
An order is to be placed with Generation Graphics for every job. An agreement of installation/ project dates are complete before deposit is taken
A 50% deposit is to be made to Generation Graphics LTD prior to arrival at the specified boat/ project
The remainder 50% of the invoiced amount is to be settled by the due date stated on the invoice.
The client must state, where the boat will be located, along with a contact address for the appropriate owner/ representative or captain
By authorising payment for the deposit you agree to the works disclosed on the invoice along with the terms and conditions
The surfaces in which Generation Graphics are working on need to be fully prepared and accessible with fittings and instruments removed. Any delays which occur will result in an extra charge
Delays in completing the project to the specified deadline will result in a surcharge to the client. This includes; Access, interruption by other works/ contractors and weather.
Material comes in sizes of 25 metres in length with a width of 1.5m any dimensions above this will result in subtle joins. These joins will be hidden as best as possible.
Included in the invoice will be travel expenses and living expense. This does not include surcharges impeded for international jobs where excess baggage fees may apply. This will be settled at cost by the client upon final invoice.
Due to the nature of the business. Generation Graphics provides a 1 year guarantee to the installation procedure carried out. This being said, any material failures please contact us as this will be under the material manufacturers warranty.
Warranty does not cover general use and wear of the material.
Generation Graphics will not be held responsible to any lifting, shifting, storage or mooring fees.
5. Cancellations and Re-scheduling
If the project is cancelled or re scheduled, Generation Graphics reserve the right to with hold the deposit. If events change where the client would like to re-arrange the project in question this must be done within a period of 6 months and must not conflict with other projects in which Generation Graphics are undertaking. Deposits are non- refundable in all circumstances after a point where material has been assigned to a job, as well as logistical expenses.
If the client would like to re-arrange the project. this must be agreed with the Generation Graphics project manager. The Project manager has the right to further reschedule the project in question to ensure the project is completed to the highest possible standard. Generation Graphics will offer the client suitable dates during a period suitable to the work load of Generation Graphics. The client will be offered the material in question if the project is cancelled, or an attempt in re scheduling cannot be achieved.
